Every fairway had large spots of just dirt, no grass at all. Some greens were wet, some were dry. A few tee boxes were in need of being cut, some were ok. There were a few deep mud spots where tire tracks were. Not in great shape. Still needs a long way to go. Cart girl came around 3 times.

Lots of dry spots in the fairways. I am sure will get fixed over time. Our event was pick clean and place, plus we could find a patch of grass no closer to the green.
