Range Balls Included with Green Fee? No Range Ball Condition Good Range Surface Grass Warm-up Basket $0.00 Paid $49 — Local Rate Pace 4:30 Traffic Busy Cart Restrictions 90 Degree Rule
⚠ Other Maintenance
The grass was in great condition, pretty green all the way around. Couple spots here and there were not in great condition but those were few and far in between. Greens were inconsistent, some rolled for days some didn’t roll at all. They had a few broken sprinkler heads that flooded a couple of the holes on the back nine. Driving range was closed so no idea about the condition of range balls or price

Range Balls Included with Green Fee? Yes Range Ball Condition Good Range Surface Grass Paid $54 — Local Rate Pace 4:10 Traffic Normal Cart Restrictions No Restrictions
⚠ Significant Construction
A lot of money being put to good use here. Years of deferred maintenance being addressed. New sod on bare spots, irrigation work, grass practice area, nice short game warm up area, complete regrassing with drought/heat tolerant passpallum. Quite the value for the fee paid.

Wish they would cut the grass on the sides and bottom of the trench shorter really hard to locate your ball makes pace of play slower

What is the secret to these greens? Can’t just be spray paint haha but they’re always in great shape compared to some much higher priced courses
