I don’t want people to think I’m bashing Aliante for being in bad shape. Giving the course a 7 in most categories is actually me saying it’s in decent shape. To me rating greens, fairways, bunkers and tee boxes in the 8’s would mean it’s in the best shape I have played it. Some greens had rough spots and did interfere with putting. Nothing we haven’t seen here in the valley. Overall I enjoyed the course.

Tee boxes need love. They were giving the blue and tip tee boxes a rest. Greens had a coupe rough patches and had some small pebbles. Nothing too crazy after a hot summer.
