Jackson Davison is a Class A PGA Professional with more than 14 years of experience in the golf industry. As the PGA Head Golf Professional at Harbor Shores Golf Club and co-founder of Xchange Golf, Jackson has built his career around helping golfers play their best through both instruction and equipment innovation.
His journey began in club fitting, where he developed a passion for the relationship between golf equipment and performance. Working with golfers of every skill level reinforced a simple belief: players should have the same ability to fine-tune their equipment as they do their golf swing.
That philosophy led to the creation of Xchange Golf. Designed to let golfers quickly and securely change putter grips using a standard golf wrench, the XG1 system eliminates the need to cut grips or repeatedly purchase new shafts. By connecting the grip end and head end of the shaft, the system creates virtually endless combinations of grips, heads, and configurations. It is built for golfers who love to experiment, equipment enthusiasts searching for the perfect feel, and players who understand that confidence on the greens often comes from finding the right setup.
As a competitive golfer, Jackson experienced periods where putting was the weakest part of his game. Rather than continuing to spend money on new putters or repeatedly replacing grips in search of improvement, he wanted a better solution. Through testing different grip styles, weights, and configurations, he discovered that even subtle changes in feel could unlock better performance and renewed confidence.
That experience inspired the vision behind Xchange Golf: to give every golfer access to their own personal putting lab. Instead of being committed to a single build, players can test, compare, and adapt their equipment without waste or unnecessary expense. The result is a smarter, more responsible way to find the setup that inspires confidence and ultimately helps golfers gain strokes on the greens.
