McLaren’s Surprising Golf Debut, LIV Golf Turmoil, and the Furyk Ryder Cup Era
Welcome back to another deep dive on the Chasing Daylight Podcast! This week, the golf world gave us plenty to unpack, from luxury supercars invading the fairways to ongoing tour drama and controversial captaincy picks. If you’re looking for the inside scoop beyond our standard episode show notes, you’ve come to the right place.
McLaren Golf Clubs: High-End Innovation or Tacky Design?
The biggest head-turner this week is the announcement that free-agent golfer Justin Rose has signed an ambassador deal with McLaren. Yes, that McLaren. But the debut of the McLaren Series 1 and Series 3 irons has left the golf community divided. During the episode, the crew discussed the controversial aesthetic, noting the honeycomb webbing and time-clock-style numbers stamped on the back of the clubs. While some might appreciate the automotive grill look, our hosts lean towards calling the design “tacky” and “corny”. It begs the question: is this a genuine leap into golf innovation, or just a branding play targeting the ultra-wealthy demographic?
LIV Golf Drama and Bryson’s Frustrations
Over in the LIV Golf universe, things are getting bumpy. The New Orleans event has been abruptly postponed, with the state reportedly asking for its $1.2 million back. Despite players like Bryson DeChambeau and Taylor Gooch claiming that “everything’s fine,” the cracks might be showing. The hosts pointed out Bryson’s recent on-course complaints about bad lies, suggesting that the broader uncertainty surrounding LIV Golf might be bleeding into his character and patience.
The Jim Furyk Ryder Cup Era
In news that seemingly flew under the radar, Jim Furyk was announced as the next US Ryder Cup captain. To say the Chasing Daylight crew is unenthusiastic would be an understatement. Given the crushing 17.5-10.5 defeat the US suffered under his previous leadership in Paris in 2018, the decision feels like a safe, albeit disappointing, pick by the PGA of America. The crew brainstormed some wildly entertaining alternatives—imagine John Daly or a prime Lee Trevino at the helm to fire up Team USA!
Bandon Dunes Views and Gear Corner
We also touched on the PGA Professional Championship, which is being held at the legendary Bandon Dunes. While the aerial drone shots look spectacular on TV, the guys debate whether flying cameras actually overhype the ground-level reality of playing the course.
Finally, if you’re a true gearhead, you’ll want to check out the X-change Golf segment. They are rolling out a fascinating putter system with interchangeable grips and shaft lengths, making it a dream for club fitters looking to test different setups.

You’re catch for you’re trying to get your catchphrase and on a t-shirt or something.
It’s our catchphrase, it’s not just mine. It’s ours.
Mine is yours.
Yeah, exactly.
There he is. What is up, everybody? See? See?
Yeah.
I feel like a lot of people probably say that. I mean, I don’t, I just I don’t know. What is up, Daylight Chaser?
No, that is that is bad, bad, bad.
So thank you so much for tuning into this week’s show. We got some good stuff that we’ll be talking about this evening. Some of the things that are making headlines across the interweb are uh live golf. Yeah, imagine that. Live golf. Uh the they have postponed the New Orleans event. The state is asking for $1.2 million back. And uh so they postponed the event.
Notch. Yeah.
Apparently, according to Bryson and Taylor Gooch, everything’s fine.
So everything’s fine. Sounds like with a dog when everything’s burning down. Everything’s fine.
Yeah, everything’s fine. Uh the Fitzpatrick brothers, uh, victory at the Zurich. And uh Alec, is that Alex? Is it Alec or Alex? Alex Alex Alex, yeah, uh, accepted his tour card and will be playing it at Durral this weekend. So he is officially a PGA tour member. Congrats to him for that. Super cool. Did you see the meme about Bryson desperately wants to get back on the PGA tour so he can team up with a 17 handicapper on YouTube and get him a tour card by winning the Zurich? Oh wow. That was hilarious. It was hilarious. Uh Justin Rose signed with McLaren, the free agent uh golfer of the decade is at it again, has signed with McLaren.
I did watch a video and I forgot to send it to you because I’m happening at work about that.
So what was it?
I watched it twice, but we can talk about it if we go into it, or do you want to go into it right now?
Oh no, I can go run down the other things, you can get back to it. Uh uh historic enhancements for the AIG Women’s Open. Uh, the RNA and PGA or LBGA are working on things for that. Um, the PGA professional championship is that Bandon Dunes for the first time. 312 guys out there, bandons on TV. Shout out Bandon. I I have some some beef with the footage, so we’ll do too. Yeah, me too. Uh, news that didn’t make the top five, which is one of our headlines this week. Jim Furick was announced as the Ryder Cup captain. I don’t know if we talked about that at all last week.
Did it was it on? No, we did not. No, we did not.
No, we did not. Yeah. Uh it wasn’t even in the news. I it’s shocking. Um, I’m disgusted by it. I’m not a Jim Furick fan. Nothing against him personally talking about as a golfer. Disgusted by it. Uh disgusted by it.
I have a lot against him personally.
Uh the Jim Furick vomiting because he can’t make a putt to tie match in the writer cup is just uh he’s a little different.
He’s a little different.
And uh and the other news, the PGA tour returns to Durale this week at the Cadillac Championship.
Didn’t you say that like uh like two or three years ago? You’re like, I would love to see them back at Durral. Didn’t you say that? Oh yeah, I was upset when it left, you know. But that was the whole you called it, you called it Trump bought it, and then the the left wing media just booted it from. Sorry, welcome, welcome to uh welcome to uh the news channel.
Uh then I got some some stuff. I got some toys in the mail. Got some toys in the mail. You may this looks familiar. It looks like a BGT, but it’s not. It’s from Exchange Golf. Uh, so we’ll be talking a little bit about that.
Interesting, interesting. Yeah, finally got a putter the right size.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
It’s for Theo.
Hell no, that’s for you. For sure. Well done, Jeremy. I that was a good one.
I’ll be here all night. And the VGN, the the PGA tour is returning to route to Dural. The VGN is returning to Paiute. So finally, we’re we’re back there this weekend, and uh oh, have I got a bunch of shit talking to talk to a bunch of people about that. So all right. Uh-oh.
Uh-oh. Uh-oh.
Yeah, yesterday was not a fun day for me.
There’s gonna be some shots fired. So tune in.
Shots, shots fired, and then hey, let’s we can do an after show tonight because I I got our uh fitting rant that may not do well in the the public.
So yeah, also, if you’re here, you leave a comment. We’re gonna give something away from Garson. Shout out, Garson, as always. Uh, all you gotta do is leave a comment, be here when we pull that Gibby for Garson. We’re gonna give uh either a grip, a towel, something away from Garson. Use code daylight15 at checkout. GarsonGolf.com. Shout out Garson, as always. They’re the peeps right there. There’s the code right there. Use Daylight 15 at checkout. That’s the grips that we use. Love them. It honestly, I can’t even see myself using another one. So shout out Garson, as always.
Yeah, you will see on the exchange stuff. Uh oh, yeah, uh, Garson grip. Oh, yeah, uh a Gars and Grip. Oh, oh uh a Gars and Grip.
Yeah, so shout out Garson. And also, if you have not, if you have not been into the archives of the Chase and Daylight podcast, you can go back. There’s so many to listen to, and uh Bernie’s been on from Garson. Go listen to that episode, and you’ll understand why Garson is doing something special in the game of golf.
And speaking of, speaking of Garson, this is uh a special, this is a first peek for everybody that’s watching right now.
Oh share the show, tag your friends.
Haven’t shown this to anybody, and we’ve had a lot of questions about it, but here it is. There is the chasing daylight grip. Let’s go that will be available shortly. It’s gonna be on all let’s go. So this is exclusive. This is the quad tour grip. So down as you hold it on the top, that it’ll say chasing daylight right there, and then the quad tour on the side and Garson.
So yeah, sick boys coming, those are coming soon. So it’s just two four dope boys and a Cadillac. You know that song, Matt? Do you laugh? Did you know that song? I’m just laughing at you. I don’t know. Oh, all right.
My hip hop days go when you were still in diapers, so yeah.
Well, I mean, yeah, I get it. You were probably over there on uh at Sportsman’s when that came out, but probably definitely a sportsman. What what who was that and what year? Outcast, probably not. I never listened to Outcast. Yeah, classic, classic music.
No, in the the early 90s is when I got into my punk rock phase. So there you go.
Right.
I left all that music behind right there.
Atliens.
So let’s let’s get into McLaren because that that seems to be a hot topic, and then we can it is all comment together on Jim Furick. So I got I got some photos here of the irons. There they are right there.
Yeah, yeah.
Um, yeah. Initial thoughts, everybody, go.
I mean, you know, I mean, you know, you know, oh not a not a not a huge fan. What up, Jalen? Not a huge fan, not a huge fan, not a huge fan.
Yeah, I mean, cool that they’re doing it, but it to me, they look tacky.
They look a little tacky, yeah.
They are very tacky. Not a fan of the not a fan of the numbers and the honeycomb webbing on the back. I’m not a fan of either. I is it supposed to be the grill, Jeremy?
Is that is that you think, but I feel like they should have done like carbon fiber or something, right?
I mean, that wouldn’t have looked better, but I will say I think they could have done way worse.
Oh, wait, they did.
You know what I mean? That’s true, they did.
They did, they did right there. Look at that.
I haven’t seen those.
Dude, that looks like a tidal CB, like a 620 C B with like the middle hollowed out.
It it does, with the toe and the heel coming up like that. I mean, I think the one picture I saw at a dress, they look pretty good at a dress, yeah. They look but overall, it’s a pretty ugly iron, in my opinion. Yep.
And yeah, the young price. I I would think that Mira or Hanma or somebody is making those.
I don’t get Mira vibes from those at all. No, no, no, I’m not about yeah, yeah. I’ve heard that before.
I’ve heard a few people saying that who’s making this links for Justin Rose to like be an ambassador, somebody’s gotta be making them. That’s I could see Hanma reputable, right?
I I I can’t see a uh a British company going to Japan when they could find somebody, you know.
I don’t see I don’t see Justin Rose getting behind something that is not good either. And he’s still he’s still playing, he’s still playing really good, yeah. And he’s a big mirror guy. So that that was the video that I saw. Is I I watched it twice, but I was at work and I was doing other things. But supposedly he has no obligation to play them. He’s just like he’s the ambassador, he doesn’t have to play them. That’s not in his contract, but they’re gonna be in his bag for Dural. I mean, he obviously famously played mirrors for a long time, so I mean, he must feel somewhat confident in the irons, and we’ll see. We’ll see this week because he just came off a teeth or a third place finish at the Masters. Yeah, and uh he should be able, he should be able to do something with them.
So that looks like a Kirkland I think it’s Kirkland Newport. Kirkland Newport. It’s I mean I wanna I wanna I wonder what the face looks like.
Do you have a picture of the face?
No, I don’t. I got one other photo.
I just was scouring the internet. I bet it’s honeycomb milling.
Honeycomb milling, yeah. It’s McLaren mill.
Don’t donut milling, it’s just gonna be donuts all the way down. Yeah, uh I don’t know. I I think they’re trying to target the ultra-elite wealthy.
I mean, like, oh yeah, you know, so do you know how do you know who has a McLaren fitting event on Saturday?
Summit. Oh, showband. Oh, yeah, yeah. Oh, so they’re gonna have everything. So we might have some insider photos, right? Oh, yeah, absolutely. Absolutely. Take all the pictures and send a couple demos. What has to say about that?
Yeah, yeah. Oh, he he I said, how can you make a beautiful car and an ugly ass golf club?
I but I I mean, yeah, it is ugly to our eyes, but I mean they’re going after a demographic. It’s oh they’re not going out, they’re not going after our demographic. Yeah, it’s ugly to us. Is it ugly to that demographic?
I don’t know. Do you get a set of those if you buy a McLaren? They’re in the trunk.
Yeah, right. Supposedly, don’t they? They release tomorrow, right? I think they release tomorrow. I think that’s what they said in the video. They release on the 29th, supposedly. Uh and what is the price point on those motherfuckers? Oh, it’s not gonna be changed. It’s gotta be at least three 3500 or some shit like that, which is absolutely insane. Insane. Don’t do it.
Engineered with the same precision that defines McLaren on the track. The series one and series three irons are the debut products for McLaren Golf. These are the first clubs to carry the McLaren name and unveil to the world on April 29th.
I think they’re gonna be four to five grand. I’ve seen people saying they’re 10 grand plus.
Yeah, that’s uh that’s an ugly boy.
It looks like that sticks club set. It reminds me of the ERCs when they came out with that.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Well, hey, they they they didn’t do the numbers bad on that one, Dan.
Yeah, it’s tough to see.
Is it a one iron, or is that a seven iron? It’d be funny if they made that in a one iron. The one wedge.
It’s a look like it looked like a west seven wedge or the L’s upside down.
Wow. Yeah, I don’t know. Obviously not.
The wrong side of the club because it’s from England.
I think I think uh Justin Rose being the ambassador, like it is up to him this week, make a break for maybe the golf world for those clubs. I mean, if he plays well, people might be more interested.
So, do you think he had Mira make him some irons that they’re just gonna slap a McLaren logo on?
That’s totally possible. I mean, if you’ve listened to the podcast before, you know, we’ve had experts and and historians and all these crazy people on that know that that’s possible. I mean, it’s very possible that maybe Mira made him a replica of the McLaren irons to sell them, and who knows? We’ll never know that story. But uh, for him to not be obligated to play the irons and put them in the bag, hopefully he shows out because if if he doesn’t, it could be uh make or break for the grassy golf in the house.
What’s up, Grassy Golf? Uh he was playing some mirror iron, wasn’t he?
He’s playing mirror recently for years, he played various mirror.
I need to try and go find that video again because he was talking about Hanma, and I I didn’t pay close enough attention. Right, I didn’t pay close enough attention, but he mentioned the in the video he mentioned Hanma, and I could see Hanma being the factory for McLaren for sure, but I gotta go try and find that. And he also said that he had more details, um, but he couldn’t share them until release date, which I believe is he said was tomorrow, so we’ll see.
What do you guys beside the look of the clubs? What do you guys think about a company like that getting into the golf space in that way?
I mean, it’s what Bentley did, right? I mean, Bentley released.
I mean but they didn’t like they didn’t come out with a golf line, they just had a set of clubs that had Bentley on them. It wasn’t like you know, uh they were trying to be a golf company. But now what a dermic.
So the yeah, um, I I think it’s I don’t know. I would love to hear what their actual intentions are. I mean, like, golf is exploding, obviously, it’s been exploding. Like, are they just trying to get more viewers for their F1 team or more fans for the F1 team? Or is it are they truly passionate about golf, or is this you know what is it? What is it? I we have no idea, and we’ll probably never know.
But yeah, Kyle says if they’re actually innovating stuff, I’m all for it. And yeah, if they’re innovating, absolutely, yeah. But if they’re just paying somebody to make a McLaren iron to just throw stuff out there, it’s throw those up again.
You should just keep that picture up there.
Which one?
This one, yeah, because that’s what we’re talking about, or that one. I mean, that one’s ugly. I mean, yeah, or the drivers. Anyone in the chat, have you guys seen these pictures? Do you know what we’re talking about? So don’t love them, not gonna lie. Shut up, Grassy Golf app. Make sure you’re downloading Grassy Golf app. Yeah, I I mean those irons, like they look good at good at a dress, for sure.
Yeah, I and I let’s hope that they at least feel good and perform. Because you know, if they feel good and they perform, nobody gives a shit what they look like on the back. But I think they could have gone just simple with just the McLaren logo, kind of like the the Callaway, the MB blades that are out that the tour guys are playing. Super clean, super simple with just that McLaren logo, because that’s that’s an iconic logo. Everybody, anybody that knows McLaren knows that that’s their logo.
And yeah, a little, a little too much like branding. Kind of we overthought this, is what it kind of looks like to me, you know, honeycomb, uh time clock numbers. They just overthought it. And if it was more simplified, like if the number was I see they’re trying to bring the racing aspect of the brand a little bit.
It’s just corny. Yeah, it’s a corny ass design. Yeah, it’s corny. I I could see them in a meeting going, uh, we need something else. What do we need? Oh, what if we put like exactly grill, the grill on the back of the clubs?
Oh, yeah, yeah.
I think if the grill wasn’t there and it was just like smooth or just like you know, clean line mills, like kind of like new level does, like you know, yeah, and then the time clock numbers, like that would be way better. Or if it was just a regular number and then the honeycomb, I think they just they overdid it by one racing thing.
Did you see this? Uh somebody posted this.
Yeah, yeah, like that would have been that’s fucking would have been sick.
Yeah, yeah, they look way better already, way better.
So you don’t need all that crap, right?
Can it say did it say there? I fixed it on the bottom of that picture. Yeah, that’s awesome.
Kia will be building clubs within 10 years, yeah.
Yeah, yeah.
Oh, most automotive companies have zero dollars.
Good for them, good for them, but I mean, just overdone, and we’ll see, we’ll see.
We will see maybe if it takes off on the other F1 teams get in it, and Haas starts building golf clubs, they can take one of the you know 400 square feet of the 2.25 million square foot facility they’re building and make a golf facility.
Well, you think about it, Red Bull Racing did this with Taylor Band collab. Maybe fucking Red Bull Racing started this shit, you know.
Yep, yeah, their fault. Yeah, that that building, Matt, is massive. When I left your house the other day, I drove by that. I was like, what the fuck is this? It’s like it is like some Tony Stark shit.
It is huge, yeah. It is like beyond huge. Yeah, yeah. What the hell are they gonna be doing in that? But my god, that’s like as big as the airport. It’s bigger than the airport.
Yeah, it’s it’s it’s incredible.
I am blown away with how how large that building is. If anybody’s not doesn’t know what we’re talking about, Haas is building their new North American headquarters for their F1 team and their production, you know, of Haas machines, racing, yeah, yeah, right down the street. Um, here in Henderson. It’s right real close to that, yeah. Uh right, it’s close to the the Raiders Stadium uh practice facility and the Henderson Airport.
Way too much, honestly. Traffic sucks. Oh, but that’s cool. Yeah.
So yeah, that’s uh that that’s what we’re talking about right now. The the McLaren coming out. Um so more news. We’ll have updates. Roars is gonna have his fitting event at Shell Bay, and then I can uh I’ll bug him for some photos and stuff, so we’ll be able to share that next week. Shout out, Roars.
Shout out Roars. All right, let’s see. Yeah, that’s a perfect place to sell them, honestly. Uh honestly, yeah. You need to sell them at places like that. That’s the thing.
Yeah, Tom Brady’s gonna be game in McLaren on the other. There’s a few members, there’s a few members there with the McLaren’s.
Yeah.
Yeah, to go here.
There’s probably a few members there that are investors in McLaren or something, you know. On the board. Yeah.
All right, let’s talk about Bandon and the PGA championship. Sorry to hear Kyle didn’t make the cut. Yeah, it is what it is. It happens. Uh have a rough go. I mean, what do you shoot? You said Back to back 75s.
Back to back 75s, yeah.
Which isn’t a terrible score at that place.
Um, you know, just those guys are pretty good, you know.
Yeah, yes, they are. Weather looked phenomenal. Oh, yeah. It was a little windy today, but yeah, weather’s been solid. And they’re playing four rounds, right? They play again tomorrow, yeah.
Kind of weird to do um um Sunday through Wednesday, though.
It is a little odd for that, but yeah.
It is well, I’m sure they’re got their reasons. Who knows why? Yeah, I’m sure there is they want to back at the pro shop by Friday.
Yeah, you got work, y’all need to hear be here help with the pro shop.
Yeah, full day of lessons, professional shirt folders, right?
Yeah, yeah. Oh so but yeah, I mean, just to see Bannon on TV is amazing. I love, I mean, I love this, you know, happy place.
And my beef with it, my beef, I was watching it the other day, and I saw so many aerial shots of the 17th grain looking down the 13th fairway over and over and over again. It was like, and then they they they pre-recorded. No, it was just they were showing no, it was just like the drone was just and they just kept going back to it, and it’s like you know, and then they go down and they show the T-box shot, and that’s that’s what I like seeing. I I’m not a big drone footage, not a big drone guy, not a big drone guy, because you don’t, yeah, it’s cool to see the course, but nab mabdij, not a big drone guy, nab didj, not a big drone guy, but that’s not how you see a golf course, you know. That one of the i i love the no lane, yeah. We’ve talked about it a lot. You just that’s just not how you see the golf course when you’re there.
It’s true, you know.
Those some of those shots of the show on the band is like, damn, that’s sick.
It overhypes, it can overhype, yeah.
And then you show them on the T-Box, and all you see is flat and a bunker, you know, and you’re like, wait a minute, where’s this?
Yeah, true.
The same shot you were just looking at.
Yeah, if you research a course and you go on YouTube and then there’s drone shots of everything, and you’re like, Oh, that place looks sick. You’re not in the sky, you’re not playing golf in the air. So being down on the ground, it’s not the same. I understand what Matt’s saying, but when we went to Bandon for the first time, and I watched all those videos of all the aerials, and it still does it. I mean, overhyped for sure. Uh, that’s one thing I was worried about. It over-delivered. I was it was overhyped for me, and it over-delivered. I mean, the place is special, you know. But you can’t, you gotta understand that situation too. Like, you’re not seeing that view. So I understand that.
What is the what is the hole on Sheep Ranch? Uh God, I want to say eight. Is it seven? Where the A’s happen, and yeah. Uh so seven, eight, nine. The part three. Is it eight? I think it’s eight where you’re hitting down to the water, and like the green, the green, the green slopes away, and and then it’s cliffs. And you know, from this from the aerial, it’s sick because the green looks like seven. It’s it’s the one on the the it’s the further south, the southernmost point on the coast.
I can’t remember.
I think it’s like three or four, isn’t it?
Isn’t that so you’re not the first you’re talking about the one where if you hit the green, you’ll roll all the way down to the 16th part three.
No, no, he’s talking about the one where you’re hitting it’s like the south end of the course with the bushes out on the right point of the course.
The green is kind of elevated and it all falls off around, and you know, you don’t see that surrounding area when you’re standing on the green because it’s down below, but from the sky, it looks sick. And I remembered, you know, I’m like, God, that looks and then we played it for the first time, and I was like, What even hole was that? I had no idea what hole that was.
Honestly, she kind of gives me through a little whirl. Like, I like I know the holes, and then I have to like walk through my head because the routing is so weird.
Yeah, you thought I was talking about three and sixteen when I said the southernmost point of the course, so yeah, yeah.
Well, you’re not talking about eight, I know that because eight is inland, I know that much for sure. And I know the one Dan put a hole in one in, and that was number seven. Because you go down seven, and then eight goes back inland, and then nine comes back.
Well, maybe it’s nine then.
Maybe it’s nine, maybe it’s nine, maybe it’s nine.
So I was off by one, not on the wrong side of the course, like you were.
Hey, you were talking about on the coast. I mean, that one’s kind of that one’s in that little drive-through, uh, where it splits old Mac and sheep, and there’s a road there. It’s not all the way on the coast.
If you’re talking about fully coast, no, it’s at the southernmost point of the course.
Yeah, you guys should fight.
That one right there. That one right there.
Okay, that is nine, yes.
Okay, yeah. So, I mean, from the from the like up angle drone footage, that that green looks sick, but when you’re there, you don’t see any of that. It’s just you know, it’s just flat, and it it’s you know, it’s really cool.
Shout out Dan Taffy. Walking the course would give you the best view, I would imagine. Well, that’s what you experience, right? So, yeah, that is the best view you’re gonna get. You’re not flying to your ball. Shout out, Dan Taffy.
Sheep’s got some great views, too, man. That’s uh it really does, yeah. There’s some good holes out there on the water.
What are you laughing at, Jay? I still just thinking about my t shot on one.
Oh yeah.
I think I hit one of the flags on the practice screen. It’s like a 74 degree right off the end of my driver head. I forgot about that. Now I gotta go. I do forget about that, and everyone’s like, This is the greatest hole abandoned, you gotta see this, and then I like literally shaped it with my driver.
Oh, I totally forgot about that.
It’s the best first hole abandoned in my opinion, but it was okay. Yeah, my third shot was fantastic. Yeah, I love that. I love, I just I love being on that T-box and being like, hey, we’re about to go out there and see some cool shit, you know.
Yeah, all right. Um, did the PGA of America screw this up by picking Jim Fureck as our writer cup captain for this future writer cup? Maybe he wants redemption.
I mean, who else are they gonna pick? Who else is in the running? They can’t say they could go Stuart Sink, Stuart Sink. Okay, Stuart Sink. I was thinking about this earlier.
Tommy Two Gloves Gainey. I was thinking a good one would be Rocco.
Rocco.
I mean, they would probably never do it, but Rocco could be a good one. Yeah, VJ, VJ’s never gonna do it. Freddie, I mean, we’ve seen him assistant before. Vijay, yeah, he wouldn’t be good. VG, yeah, also from Fiji. He’s from Fiji. Oh, yeah, yeah.
So he’ll definitely not be yeah, he’ll definitely won’t be a good captain. He would not work out well.
No, he wouldn’t have funny. Watching Kisner, Bernard Longer. I mean, Kisner’s assisted a couple times. Mike Weir. Canadian here. Canadian. Bring back zinger. Bring back zinger. Chi Chi Rodriguez would kill it.
Oh, let’s see who kill it.
He might be in US territory. Actually, he’s Puerto Rican, right?
Oh, that’s funny. Fred Funk. There we go. Let’s do Fred Funk.
No, dude, how sick is this card, though, that I got? Little Tom Kay. Tommy Kay. That’s an old boy right there. There was coke bottle glasses. Yeah.
Yeah. You can’t lay him down, or else he’ll start a fucking fire.
This card hunter renfro. Shout out Big Mill. Oh, man. Hunter Renfro, little jersey jersey joint. Yeah, so it. I mean, oh, dude, you know what would be the best? John Daly.
Right?
No.
Shit. Fucking John Daly. Rider Cup captain. That would not be the best. So sick.
Dude, I mean, I mean it would be sane, but they are gonna get smashed and sending the captain. I’ll show up. I don’t know.
Who wants to play whoever give a fuck? Kid Rock would be a better captain’s pick than grassy, grassy golf abs is the golden bear.
I do it. That would be great, but he cannot make he can’t handle that.
He’s about ready to lay down and die.
Yeah, Jack’s on his he’s on his he’s he’s getting close, so go see him when you can.
So yeah, I mean Jim Fuhrk doesn’t have the best, obviously he doesn’t have the best record. They got smashed when what was the 2018?
Yeah.
It was 17 and a half to 10 and a half, just got blasted out there. But yeah, like it’s I mean, it’s it’s kind of a disappointing pick, but I don’t think there’s anybody else that can really do it. So you know, he’s been a part of the Ryder Cup, you know, committee board or whatever they’ve been bullshit.
They call they went out on a limb with Keegan and it didn’t work out, so I think a young captain is never gonna be chosen again.
They’re gonna stick with the Keegan definitely fucked it up, so yeah.
Yeah, I mean, this is where Phil really, you know, messed up, in my opinion. Because this would be great. This would have been a perfect time for him to be a rider cup captain. Absolutely, just dominating the PGA Champions League and uh Champions Tour. I mean, imagine if he stayed playing the Champions Tour instead of going to live and just damn how good is that card?
I I forgot I had that. That card’s a that’s a good card.
Chuck couldn’t care less. He’s looking at cards right now.
Well, I’m trying to go through. Ooh, how sick is that one, too? Shout out to Harry Tifford. I’m going through some of the cards to see most of those people are like can’t play golf anymore. Yeah. Ben Crenshaw. He’s too old. He’s too old.
Yeah, too busy making golf courses.
That’s what they should do, though. They should they should do they should uh the PGA of America should plan to play a uh Ben Crenshaw course and then put Ben Crenshaw as the captain. That would be interesting. That would be that would be cool. Brad Faxen.
See, I could see Brad Faxon. I could see Brad Faxen, yeah.
I can see Brad Faxen.
Would you would you ever think somebody like uh Bones would uh they ever go that way, or would it have to be somebody that’s played professionally? I never think outside.
Yeah, I don’t think they would, but you know. I wouldn’t even say bone. I mean, yeah. Yeah, I don’t think they I don’t think they would do that.
I think the like the aura of the Ryder Cup goes back to the time Charlie said.
What if they got what if they got Brandel Chambly? Oh, that would that would irrit. That would be that would be the most controversial Ryder Cup former player turned golf channel douche. It’s now the US Ryder Cup captain. That would be I mean wow, that would be what about like David Duvall?
Why not?
Yeah, I could be former number one player of the year, you know.
Davis Love, the third been captain before. Yes, yeah, right. Yeah, yeah.
Matt Couture’s another player that’s I can see I wouldn’t.
I cooch.
Yeah.
Matt the Cooch Couture.
You got players in the next you know, five to ten years. Ricky Fowler is gonna be someone that’s gonna start being talked about. Yeah, I can see that. Jordan Speith, Jordan Speath, there’s a bunch of things.
Hale Sutton would be killer. Be the right rider today, you know what I mean.
When is Tiger gonna do it though? You know, I know he’s been the assistant, but when is he when is he gonna be the man?
Trevino, dude.
Four years. Four years, yeah.
When he’s completely bionic. Yeah, I can see Trevino, dude. That dude’s got a lot of energy.
Justin Leonard, that’s it.
Lee Trevino. Justin Leonard’s a good one. He’s got a lot of energy.
Yeah, but he’s like 82 years old.
He would be he would be like, Hey, you know what you guys need to do? You need to meet.
Joe’s just picking like the oldest guys that he could think of. Yeah, I’m just going through cards. What about Gene Sarazen?
Let’s get Bobby Jones up there.
See what he’s doing.
Um, I mean, I I think that’s one of those things, though. A lot of like the players that could have been captains were never captains. You know what I mean? Like Lee Travino back in the day would have been a killer captain.
How many what if we just eliminate the captain and just do a player’s captain?
Yeah, that yeah, that too. Yeah, that’s where keyboard is. Scotty Scheffler.
Yeah, I just don’t think the US players are mentally in it for a team aspect. Yeah, they want to represent their country, and yes, they’re proud Americans. Not saying that at all. I’m just saying the team aspect. These guys play golf all year long, not in a team aspect. It’s it’s them against the golf course. That is their mentality. And when you go, hey, for the next three weeks, I need you to be a team player. It’s like, I don’t know what that means. I’ve you know, Scotty Scheffler, I think one of the reasons he has a poor writer cup record is because he gives a shit about anybody except him and the golf course, you know. Yeah, yeah. Doesn’t matter if he’s 10 back or 10 heads.
That’s where Keegan that’s where Keegan fucked up in the first place. He should have played.
The guys on the guys on the Europeans tour, they do the same thing, you know, play week to week just like just like the American guys do, but for some reason. But do you know what they don’t do? It just means more to them.
What they don’t do is play an event like this every year.
That’s true, yeah.
They play US plays president’s cup, president’s cup and rider cup, president’s cup, rider cup. And yeah, yeah. I just think it’s it’s too much. The the the Euros, they get a break from it. It’s not, you know, there’s no standings for the president’s cup for them, and and who’s your who’s gonna be the president cup captain, you know, the rider cup cap. It’s you know, you need to have team USA, not Ryder Cup and President’s Cup. It needs to be this is the team, and yeah, I could see that.
A lot of Americans don’t even care about President’s Cup at the end of the day, either. Like President’s Cup. We don’t I I don’t care if we win the President’s Cup, I just like to watch golf on TV, but like Ryder Cup obviously want to win, you know.
Yeah, well, it’s got a lot of hits.
But I understand what you’re saying. I I get what you’re saying for sure. But also US dominates the President’s Cup. And that’s what makes the president uh the Ryder Cup so good, is it it’s a it’s a battle, it goes back and forth. Uh you know, the canon, if you will, shout out Nevada goes back and forth.
No, it’s been in it’s been red for a while. It’s been red for a while.
Well, yeah, but but at some point it’s gonna go back the other way. And you shut your mouth three there. Shut your mouth. At some point, hey it the the the the roulette wheel doesn’t always hit red, black, or green. You know, it it it shifts as much as I would love for it to stay red or green if you’re playing roulette, it it just doesn’t happen that way, you know. Just like a quarter doesn’t always land on heads, you know, it’s gonna happen.
All right, we’ll real quick, let’s cover Liv. Uh what were you surprised at the New Orleans events getting canceled? I wasn’t. I I think he, you know, like I said to you guys in the text chat, this is domino number two that is following.
I was I was surprised because they made it sound like nothing was going on, and then all of a sudden it’s canceled.
Yeah, I think Liv’s going after this year. Liv is not gonna be here. After this year, for sure, maybe sooner than that.
Hot take. Hot take. I mean, there’s been a lot of mixed signals maybe from last week when they said they had that like meeting or whatever, and then you hear all these rumors that Piff wants to pull the funding, that you know how much billions of dollars they lost, and then the the CEO or whatever comes out and says, No, everything’s good, and you know, and then now you hear this about the postponing. There’s just so many mixed signals and all the shit. I mean, who really knows what the hell’s going on? But in my personal opinion, they don’t have a good product, and most much like everything else, when you don’t have a good product, you go under. So I think Joe’s right. I think it’s just a matter of time.
I think some of that showed in in Bryson’s frustrations as well when he was playing and he was complaining about that lie. I think some of those frustrations of the uncertainty of live itself showed in Bryson’s character when this is what we’re playing off of, you know what I mean? I think it’s I think it’s getting to Bryson as well, and I could see Bryson potentially be getting coming closer to jumping back in the PGA tour.
I feel for Bryson though, you know why? We played for my birthday, Jeremy, Stevie Jackson, Julian, and I played Southern Highlands, and even though the greens were sanded and Bryson was there? No, but the next day I went to Wild Horse. So I I get it going from Augusta to Mexico. You know, the conditions at Augusta were flawless, the conditions that’s so high, they’re amazing. Yeah, it’s a different golf course, and then you go to Wild Horse.
You know, it’s like, whoa, this is this is not but it’s not like Bryson was playing Wild Horse, he was playing a golf course that was in pretty good shape, just in he hit it in a shitty area. That’s his fault.
Yeah, it’s totally his fault, but it’s not Augusta.
So I think he got a little spoiled. And he also took three to get out of a bar at Augusta, so good for him. Those bunkers are perfect, yeah. And he pulled a great shot from the lie that he had, and he was complaining about it. I mean, you play like it is play better, like you always say, play better. Everybody’s playing the same shit.
The coping mechanism for him. Because if you look at this, if you think about his stuff on the PGA tour, when he’s playing good, you don’t hear anything, and he complaints about nothing. When he’s playing bad, he’s looking for drops. He’s talking about the crowd, he’s talking about uh there’s an ant hill over here, a burrowing animal, burrowing animal every fucking excuse in the fucking world, you know. So I just think that’s when he’s not playing when he’s not playing.
I always say it because he fucking complains about that shit.
But the thing is, it’s not like he’s not playing well. Didn’t he just win recently? Yeah, didn’t he win a living event like three weeks ago or a month ago? Leading up to Augusta, yeah. Him and Ron. I don’t know. Maybe he just expects perfect conditions at these places, but it just I don’t know. He just always seems to bitch a lot when he’s not playing well.
I would love to hear him thank the agronomy team and the Greenskeepers for one time. I mean, like, I don’t think I’ve ever heard him say that. Others have, but uh shout out to community golf. They I watched their pod last week and they were talking about the same thing, and uh they just they were he’s a baby, you know, he’s spoiled, and and he kind he kind of is, you know, he’s grown up in this and he’s been in the elite status for a long time, and now he’s making killer money on YouTube. I mean, like he doesn’t even have to play golf on tour anymore or in tournament.
So I don’t know. Hey pals, hey buddy, Greenley in the house, Greenley in the house.
Shout out Green, shout out Greenley out there in the DF dub, just playing with Bryson and you know, messing up his lies.
Hey, uh word to everybody that’s in here right now. The the drawing, the name collecting was way behind. So Get your comments in. Get your comments in. Get your comments in if you want to win something tonight. From the the Garden.
Give something away from Garson. Get your comments in. We’ll pull from the wheel. Uh towards the end of the show. Get your all you got to do is leave a comment and then be here when we pull it. Um, shout out Garson. You can use go daylight15 at check out at Garsengolf.com. Shout out, Garson. As always, the new Chasing Daylight podcast quad tour grip is coming soon. Can’t wait to see it on all your putters. They’re bangers, they’re bangers, they’re bangers. Shout out, Garson.
Shout out, Garson.
Shout out Daylight15 at checkout.
Save yourself some money. All right. So hey, while Greenley’s here, too.
I don’t know if Greenley, have you seen these? This is uh from Exchange Golf. What it got there? Exchange Golf.
So what do you do to swap out heads and shafts and grips and stuff?
No, no. So it’s got it’s much like let me go uh full screen here so everybody could uh see what’s going on.
Shout out, Garson.
Shout out, Garson. So uh what you do is it’s got this is the main adapter piece, it goes on just like a BGT shaft would go on any other, you know. Um, but then it’s got this little this little piece right here that you can put different grips on and different lengths.
So is it is it secure like magnetically? Is it it’s not threaded? Well, I didn’t know.
There’s a screw that locks in. I did see this.
Oh, okay.
Yeah, there’s a on right there. You see, there’s a screw that goes in there. I didn’t put the screw in, but that’s where it goes. Okay, but so this I made ah come on. I made this uh grip 34 inches with this Garson grip on it, and then you can take that off and then put this one on.
Yeah, I did see this actually 35 inches now, yeah.
Right, yeah, wow, and then you can put this one on, and this turns into a cruiser. This is 38 with a long grip. So one putter head, the you know, you can buy these pieces, yeah. So if you have, you know, if you you know, let’s say you’ve got uh one putter in your shop that you, you know, one brand, you can put, you know, instead of having to have 10 different heads with 10 different grips, you got one head, you got a bunch of different grips. So it’s uh it’s it’s definitely different. I you know was rolling putts out with it today. You can’t tell that it’s a two-piece, you know. It they did a really good job. The connection is solid. Uh, I think the screw over time, if you do a lot, will uh potentially you know maybe cause some issues in the long run. But I mean, it’s a great fitting, you know, if you’re a shop that uh, you know, especially for grips for sure. Grips, I mean, it’s so cool now that you know I just did these three Garzon grips because that’s what I had, but you know, the ability to change length, the ability to change grips, you know, and uh it’s a cool feature. Yeah, it’s a really cool feature for the fitting side of things, you know.
And you don’t have to break your putter over your knee, you can just unscrew it out of frustration. Yeah, toss it, just throw both pieces. I like that.
Uh yeah, so Exchange Golf is the name of the company. Um, probably gonna have something written up on 1440 about it, some of my experiences with it. Uh, but yeah, and I mean I want to give a little love to the this is this is the maltby maltbe, Roger Maltby, yeah. Golf works, all milled mallet. And I tell you, I I will let you guys roll this, and you will be hit butts with that, yeah. It’s incredibly solid. It is for $60, it is amazing, amazing.
So multi boys, boys. We might have to grab some of those, huh?
The uh I’m telling you, Joe, they’re kill it on the whatnot. Yeah, kill it on the whatnot.
Roger Malpe, though. Have you speaking of like interchangeable putters and things like that? Have you guys seen the sausage golf putters? Yeah, yeah. Sausage golf? Yeah, you have you not seen them where you where you can change, you can change the the toe hang basically, and change it from left to right as well.
Yep, yeah.
You haven’t seen those?
There’s a couple crazy ones out there right now, yeah.
But you can so there’s like an insert where you can change to like center shaft, like more, you know, but you can also change it from uh this side to the other side, and you can change it center shafted, like heel shafted, or um I mean, what is that? Do they make wallets? But they look dude, honestly. I was thinking, I mean, I mean, you could see, so it’s like the shaft has that at the end, and then you have the screws where you can change it from center shafted to left to right, or you know, I mean that’s that’s pretty cool.
I’ve never heard of it. Yeah, for sure. Yeah, for sure.
I’ve been really from good. I almost ordered one one day.
Is got a putter that they’re doing. Absolutely, yeah, yeah. That’s like that, which is it’s pretty sick.
Makes me wonder how like all of those things affect the feel. Like, if it’s not one piece or like you know what I mean, like if it’s detachable, does it really have the same feel that you would expect? Even the shaft thing.
I was really I was really surprised with this because I was expecting it to be clanky and and you know, just not a typical putter shaft. Um, but I mean it’s it’s got some weight to it, so that’s nice. One of the uh things with like the BGTs, because they’re really light, it really changes how the the putters feel. Um, but that this this was a surprise. I I was surprised.
I did not think it was gonna be as good as it was innovative innovative putter designer, Roger Malpe. Rider Cup Captain, Ryder Cup Captain.
Yeah, he needs to be the Ryder Cup Captain. Oh doesn’t he live in Hawaii, right? He was the big guy that’s like, hey.
I think that’s um no, that’s uh the other guy that does the ESPN coverage. Always bragging about it. Yeah, I live 10s. I live in Hawaii. It’s like, yeah, you rich mofo. We know where you are. I got a video load.
Got a video loaded here to show you guys.
No, he lives in the Los Gatos.
Don’t get my Lishwanka.
All right, you see that?
Oh, is that that old man that you fit in?
Yeah, this gentleman is 90 years old.
Don’t give my L Shawanka.
Does he have more swing speed than you, Matt? A little bit.
I mean, look at these 90.
That’s crazy.
Unbelievable. All he did was hit it down the middle.
I’m I like him lining it up off the ball. I hope I’m alive at 90, let alone playing golf. Right?
Look how far off he is.
Bam.
Just it was it was amazing to watch. He walks three times a week. He played, he walked the course three times a week. He says he can’t do it as much as he used to. Uh he’s gonna have to start taking a cart, which he doesn’t like. Um, but he says he’s got uh he still walks three miles every morning. I mean, it was it was amazing. I was I was like, my god, but he played with Roger Maltby. Nice, see and but he was he had so many stories, so many stories. He’s like the oh, oh, do you do you see the hidden?
You have one already? It’s one of the greatest stickers of all time.
Oh my god, you see the hidden one in my in the room? How’s that how do I not have one? Do you do you see the hidden one in the room?
No. Uh oh, it’s by the Carson box. Yeah. Oh yeah.
I put one in my the rear view camera, so every time I go in reverse, I see it stuck there by the camera.
That’s hilarious. Yeah. That one is right there. What do you got, Joe?
Who is that? Roger Mulder. Oh, it’s Rod. There he is. Yeah, right. Big Roger.
Oh, no, I want to start putting those stickers all over the place, just in obscure places. Hell yeah. There’s one at Target right now at the drive up spot 12. Nice.
You need to have you need to have like a gif of that that you can just throw when something like really dope is set, and just you remember those holographic cards from the back in the day where you can send them and they’d be doing different things.
That’s how we get to figure that out. We need that.
We need that 100%.
That would be so dope.
Oh, okay. Where are we at? 5 53. Okay,
we got time. Uh, so the VGN is going back out to Paiute this Saturday. Paiute going back to the res. Uh, 11 o’clock tea time, which apparently threw a bunch of people off.
Me too, but yeah.
Yeah. Uh yeah. So yeah, Monday, Monday was not a fun day for me because we have 72. Um, well, 71 right now because Mr. Boyd decided, uh, yeah, can’t go to my course that I ride down the street from my house because I play it all the time. You guys aren’t cool enough for me, so yeah.
So winning and dining, you know. Yes, wine and dining.
Greenly, you can have one of those stickers for sure. Absolutely. Absolutely. Uh, yeah, so yeah, he’s in my group and withdrew.
So nice. That’s why you never win giveaways on the podcast.
Exactly. So he he earned his status back because I told him he was dead to me, uh, because he wanted to know where his so high invite was. And I said, I told you you you were dead to me, you know. So we uh we made up and uh now he’s dead to me again. Real quick turnaround, you know. You were you were up shit creek. I threw you a paddle, and I took that paddle away.
Don’t turn T times down that often, you know what I mean? Like unless you have to.
Yeah. Yeah, unless you have to. Um, yeah, so 71 right now, 72. Hopefully, tomorrow after I reach out to a few people and uh C should be uh the weather’s it’s supposed to be 85 as a high on Saturday. Um the the the the W is not supposed to be a factor, but you never know out there. So we’ll see. Uh the course sanded and punched their greens three weeks ago when they were closed for a week, so it should be in perfect condition. Yeah, in the email that I sent out to everybody, and it did have a warning that it was a long one. I prefaced it, but it was a long one. So very wrong. It was an email.
AI ran out of breath reading it to me.
Rob sent me a screenshot. He goes, uh, I had AI summarize it for me. It only had three bullet points, a little concern. Uh but you know, we don’t get to play out there very often. It is one of the premier facilities in Vegas, arguably some of the best conditions, public and private. Uh, the place is amazing. Uh the views are spectacular, the course is outstanding, the conditions are unreal. Shut up, Pete Die. Yeah, shut up, Pete.
Legends never die.
Legends never die. Um, yeah, sign flag by Pete Die right there.
Shout out, Pete Die.
Sign flag from the the Yeah, so it should be should be a good time. Um, we got 29 players in the in well now, 28 in the spades flight. There’s 19 guys in hearts, 12 guys in in uh diamonds, and 10, 10 or 11 in clubs. So fairly good battle going on with the middle flights for most players. Um be a good uh competition because some of the bigger sticks in the spades are not in this one, so it’s a pretty level playing field from top to bottom. So bring your A game because you know, probably won’t get another one out there.
Gotcha. Bring I’ll bring the the game.
All about the game, the game, the game. It’s gonna have some kind of letter attached to it. Dan, how many times have you won it, Paiute? Every time. Every time. Five, right? Four.
I think three or four at least.
Yeah, at least. I know you won’t. World class wrecking crew. Yeah.
Yeah. I won the two majors out there and then the chip shots event.
Did you win that? When we had that? That was the last time we were there.
I think I did. Was that three years ago? Oh yeah.
Yeah, it was a while ago.
We’ve been out there. That’s that’s crazy.
Yeah. I mean, Legends was six years ago. Yeah.
Yeah, yeah, 2020. Yeah. Legends never die.
Wait, is there gonna be a Legends Never Die 2.0?
We we should try and do that.
Or Legends Never Die Again. Or here comes zombie. Legends never die.
We need to get everybody that listens to the podcast, and everybody like we need to, yeah. I th we need to do it at some point. We should do it.
There’s 2027’s gonna be different for us. I’ll put it that way.
Yeah, yeah, gonna be events. It sounded like it’s more like events, if you will.
It’s definitely gonna be different for you, Matt. Yes, yes, 100%.
So uh anything else.
Got anything else we want to talk about?
Check out this thing I got from uh Coach Porch, uh Reselling Raiders. They have a podcast about reselling, but we got a leather face signed photo. And you guys, if you listen to the podcast, you know leather face.
Oh, that was pre-leather. That was yeah, that’s pre pre-leather. That was like supple skin. It’s cotton, it’s cotton, like cotton, cotton langer, cotton langer, boony boy, yeah.
Skin care routine, bernard. Uh it’s lambs. Will skin lamb lambskin langer right here. Lamb skin langer. That’s him.
Wow.
I got I I got this off a coach porch. They have a podcast reselling raiders. Um 20 bucks. Your favorite auto.
Greenly says fake auto. You should just take a lighter to his face to make it look more real.
Yeah, what’s super cool? Super cool. Fake autographs. We’ll let their face it might be. I don’t know. I don’t know, but it’s fucking cool. Eric, are you familiar with uh Bernie’s uh signature?
Is that guy? Is that an oompa loompa? Can you show that again, please? Where in the bottom left corner by your finger? Oh wow, that guy is cherry red. M Trump looking at him going, you’re orange, bro. I thought that was an oompa loompa.
Yeah, wow, yeah, that’s cool. It is what it is. It’s like fucking hellboy.
Uh he says he is. He is all right.
I’m gonna have to hit up the homie coach porch. Ask where he got it.
Dan, this is we wanted to do all three courses in one day. That was the Legends Never Die plan, but COVID kind of fucked that up for us. Yeah. So they they closed a course and we only had two available to us, so we only got to play two in the same day. But that was the plan to play all three in one day.
Well, it’s funny when you think about that now. Do it during the summer solstice, so it’s the longest day.
Yeah.
You know, and it being hot, you might get a discount on the price.
Well, we’ll get we’ll get the well, it’s so funny. I had the rate for the three rounds, it was insane back then. How cheap golf was.
July 11th, 2020. Because I think I remember paying what like 200 bucks to give in that. Yeah, like there’s no way you could do 200 bucks on two for 36 holes.
Oh my god, plus all the shit that you got.
Yeah, it was crazy. You know, you got the towel.
That swag bag was legit.
Yeah, we got the grip from North Coast.
Shout out North Coast, which you still have all that, Joe?
I only have one’s one thing left.
Oh, I’ve burnt through that grip. We got the atomic ball markers, the case cover dry on it, and the I got that up there. The casey head cover, the putter head cover.
Here’s the casey head cover right here.
You got the putter cover, rather?
It’s on one of my putters right now.
And then the after um the uh the uh raffle. Yeah, great, great crack. That was a good one.
Yeah, that was a fun day. You know what I won? Lessons from Sean Rowe. Yep, yep, yeah, yeah.
16 minute lesson. I have the hold of my hood and everything.
So cool.
Uh yeah, Joe played with Reed, Jeremy, and Joel from uh Atomic.
Yeah, man, that was fun, dude.
Dan played with Karen and Nick and Nick’s dad, their dad, yep. I played with my buddy Andrew, Kyle Peeler, and Chris Mello from Goodwalk Coffee. Shout out Goodwalk Coffee.
If you’re planning a walk, make it a good walk coffee.
Remember that? Yeah, oh yeah, that’s an old school little that’s like right after I joined.
Miles was in it, he played with uh track, yeah. Scott, that was uh 310 golf. Miles Brown. Yeah, Miles Brown. Shout out and Robbie played with Matt Prasarski and Brian Brown. Uh yeah, man, that was a good time. Green, I forgot Greenley was there. Greenley was there. Who did Greenley play with? Uh Robert Wenning, Mark Durs Rosier, and Daniel Pakora. Who are those? Greenly, did you know those guys? Played with the wrong Daniel.
Casey Murch, the mayor of Casey. Dude, I see him from time to time just randomly all over the city. You do? That’s crazy.
What a great, great dude, too. Very, very cool, dude. Very nice guy.

We should probably plan one.
It would be fun.

So, you know, you know, why people love ranch. A place that just has cows out back that they slaughter and then cook steaks, like you know. Yeah, farm to table places.
Yeah, these are to pick your cow.
Yeah, I want that cow that motherfucker right there dead. I want the rib eye off that rib. Right there. Can I can I hit it in the head with the with the thing? Come on.
